Shipping Policy:
Please allow 10-30 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 5-10 business days. Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished.

*(International) 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS:
1) You pay for your order.
2) You will receive an order confirmation email.
3) The Processing period starts. Processing time is 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for wigs. Processing period is extended an additional 5-10 days during a sale period.
4) After the processing period is over, your order will be created and fulfilled (10-30 business days).
5) You will receive an order fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS or DHL mail.

This is the time it takes to receive hair/product from our vendors and enough time for QUALITY CHECK. This allows me to test out all the hair to make sure the hair meets our quality standards. Anytime I find wrong, I will immediately fix by contacting my vendor and have them send out new bundles or new premade wigs, that way you receive the best product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used to place your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 15 business days have passed before contacting us.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day AFTER the processing period. We will not be held responsible for expedited orders if you did not pay the additional expedited fee of $100.00.
***Due to scammers, unethical practices, and chargebacks, we as a company will only ship to the billing address**….. NO EXCEPTIONS
No refunds or Exchanges - No EXCEPTIONS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame. we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviation and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Siddity Life , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If you tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. you must contact the delivery carrier (either the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OR DHL) - Depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue (directly with them). Siddity Life does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
